Everyone who travels with Trail Trips will receive a FREE TRAINING PROGRAM written specifically for each event by Matt Judd - an accomplished trail runner and ACCREDITED ATHLETICS COACH. The 15 week plan is flexible, allowing you to choose an appropriate level of training according to your available time and previous trail running experience.
For those runners wanting a more personalised approach, premium training packages can be arranged with regular email and phone support throughout.

Whether it's eating a little cleaner or keeping up with the demands of that extra training load, our team can help you fuel your body optimally so that you can reach your next trail running goal. Preventing or recovering from injuries, managing fatigue and sleep, balancing work, family and training commitments and developing the “mental fitness” required for your trail run…..Jac is here to help. She is particularly skilled at helping those that may be managing other health concerns or lack physical fitness and experience for trail running.
