About The Event
Teams of four battle it out over a fast & furious 5km course in the picturesque Broadwater Parklands. The twilight relay sees runners complete 2 flat and fast loops, ensuring plenty of action for fans and banter between teams! There are four (4) divisions on offer, Open Female, Open Male, Open Mixed (2 Females/2 Males) and Junior Mixed (2 Females/2 Males - 4 x 2.5km). Mixed teams of other denominations are welcome but are ineligible for podium awards.
With great prizes, giveaways, food, live tunes and beers on hand; the RECC. Active 'Run the World' Relay includes all the great aspects of the run community in one idyllic location on the stunning Gold Coast waterways.
