Mixed Schools Relay Division (4 x 2.5km)
- $20.00 - Bloom’n Fast (until midnight Nov 24)
- $25.00 - Ready to Race (Nov 25 – Race Day)

In the event that the Event course is, in the opinion of the event organisers, unsafe (e.g. heavy rain, high winds, bushfires, "acts of god" etc), or at the direction of the Gold Coast City Council, the Qld Department of Health or in accordance with any Queensland Government directives, or any other relevant authority, organisers may be required to postpone or cancel the event.

Every attempt will be made to reschedule. All entries will automatically roll-over to a re-scheduled date.

Should a participant be unable to make the rescheduled date or no suitable date be available (due to venue unavailability, clashes with other events, landowner changes, etc); then all participants shall automatically be refunded 40% of their entry and be able to collect their finishers gift from Trail Trips & Events headquarters in Highland Park.

Five divisions to choose from:

MIXED SCHOOLS DIVISION - 4 x 2.5km
MIXED JUNIOR DIVISION - 4 x 5km
OPEN MIXED DIVISION – 4 x 5km
OPEN FEMALE DIVISION – 4 x 5km
OPEN MALE DIVISION – 4 x 5km

75% refund if withdrawing before 4 weeks prior to event*

60% refund if withdrawing between 4 weeks and 10 days prior to event*

50% refund if withdrawing between 9days and 2days prior to event*

No refunds inside last 2 days.

Note: Race Roster fees (registration site) and any personalised collateral (e.g. shirts, bibs) will also be deducted. In the case of personalised items, these will be mailed to you.

Transfers to different sub-event (change of distance)or another person: Follow the guideline below if you'd like to transfer entries to another person. Please note; the exchange of any funds remains between the two parties.

The Venue

Venue

The event shall be based at the Broadwater Parklands. The race precinct for 2026 is new; located on the Fisherman's Lawn at the northern end of Broadwater Parklands!

Parking

Off-street parking is available. Please note; the area is metered until 6pm.

As with all Trail Trips events, we ask that participants car pool where possible.

Facilities

There are on-site toilet facilities.

Note; the footpaths we use will remain open to the general public, so please be mindful of your movements before, during and after your run.

Event Village

Please feel free to bring camp chairs, bean bags, picnic rugs and shade etc. (including club tents – note they must be secured by weights - no pegging is permitted), so you can enjoy the festivities and cheer your teammates raucously.

Food trucks and a bar will be operating throughout the evening. Proceeds from the bar support the 1in25 Foundation (for families dealing with epilepsy) so we encourage you to bring water, but please purchase beers and soft drinks from the bar!
