During registration you will be asked to nominate your accomodation choice and whether it's for 1 or 2 nights! You can stay offsite - but make sure it's close as it will be your turn to run again soon enough! You can BYO camping and just rent a space; safe in the knowledge the event precinct includes an indoor hall, toilets and hot showers, OR come GLAMPING! The glamping package includes; the tent, the air mattress, mattress topper and all linen, blankets, doonas, pillows, mats, side table, lighting, throw cushions, chair & decoration!

NOTE: FOR GLAMPING - TEAMS WILL BE ALLOCATED TO THE ONE TENT. IN THE EVENT THE WHOLE TEAM IS NOT STAYING; FURTHER PAYMENT OR SHARING WITH OTHER TEAMS CAN BE ARRANGED

This event is all about community – hanging out with your run buddies as together you conquer a marathon on the dusty trails (well they could be muddy too I guess)!! And the spirit of UNBROKEN will only be enhanced with the number of teams you can muster! And we’re going to help you! Get three teams and score yourself a carton of MOUNTAIN GOAT beer to enjoy. Make it 4 teams and add a carton (soft alternatives can be provided)!

Well after our visitor Cyclone Alfred put paid to our inaugural event planned in 2025, we've been back to the drawing board and decided on hosting UNBROKEN on Easter weekend! It's a very Australian thing to do; go camping over the Easter weekend - and so we figured well let's not just join in on the fun - but add to it with a trail run to boot! And lets face it; camping and running, well they're both better with friends; so Easter it is!

We will be launching entries on November 1 with an OPENING SPECIAL and every team that enters before midnight Sunday December 21 will go into the draw to win our amazing Xmas present; their entry back and a FREE Glamping tent for the weekend!

75% refund if withdrawing before 4 weeks prior to event*

60% refund if withdrawing between 4 weeks and 10 days prior to event*

50% refund if withdrawing between 9days and 2days prior to event*

No refunds inside last 2 days.

Note: Race Roster fees (registration site) and any personalised collateral (e.g. shirts, bibs) will also be deducted. In the case of personalised items, these will be mailed to you.

Transfers to different sub-event (change of distance)or another person: Follow the guideline below if you'd like to transfer entries to another person. Please note; the exchange of any funds remains between the two parties.

Toilets & Showers

Toilets and HOT showers available inside Hilliard State School Hall. Athletes to bring own towels, soap and toiletries .

Parking

PLEASE CAR POOL
As an event with a strong environmental focus, we encourage to travel as one to the venue, car pools will reduce the demand on the limited parking available. Start building that team spirit by travelling together!

Street parking on Hanover Drive, Alexander Circuit (in designated bays) and use of the school parking area is permitted.

No parking is permitted on Nanette Court. This road is for use of residents only and for gear drop off only.

Parking is permitted at RCC Alexandra Hills Reservoir. We recommend the dropping gear and then parking the car and using the ‘Goat Tack’ to walk to the race precinct.
